1. Who operates this site

VoidwaterLab operates this site. Privacy questions, correction requests, and deletion-related inquiries may be sent to [email protected].

2. Information processed

  • Public visits: the web infrastructure may process an IP address, browser or User-Agent information, requested URL, request metadata, and limited security or performance telemetry needed to deliver and protect the site. Processing a request does not mean that every field is permanently stored.
  • Email inquiries: if you voluntarily email the public address, your email address and message are processed to respond to the inquiry. The website Contact form is disabled, and email messages are not stored in the website database.
  • Private administration: restricted administrative systems process account, session, security, audit, and editorial information needed to operate and protect the service.
  • Historical comments: one legacy WordPress comment remains stored. New posts default to comments closed, and the public article template does not present a comment form.

3. Infrastructure and third parties

Cloudflare proxies public traffic and may process request, security, and performance information. Its Real User Monitoring (RUM) beacon is active as part of the site infrastructure. Cloudflare’s retention and handling depend on its service configuration and policies.

The production service is hosted on AWS and uses protected backups for recovery. The private editorial workflow may send operator-provided topics, sources, and article material to OpenAI with request storage disabled. The public Contact and comment paths do not send visitor submissions to OpenAI. Email delivery and storage are handled by the sender’s and recipient’s email providers rather than the website database.

4. Advertising and analytics

Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager are not currently used. Cloudflare may process performance and security telemetry as described above. Google AdSense advertising is currently disabled: no active Publisher ID, ad slots, or AdSense runtime is configured.

If advertising or additional analytics is activated later, this policy will be updated to describe the applicable data use, cookies or local storage, and third-party processing before or when those features are enabled.

5. Logs and backups

Operational logs and backups may contain limited technical, account, or content information needed for security, troubleshooting, and recovery. Retention varies by system and configuration; this policy does not claim one universal retention period.

6. Your questions and requests

For privacy questions, corrections, or deletion-related inquiries, email [email protected]. Requests are reviewed according to the information and systems involved; the site does not promise an automatic deletion workflow.

7. Updates to this policy

This policy may be updated when the site’s features or actual data processing changes. The effective date above will be revised when a new version is published.
